Refund policy

60-Day Return Policy

We stand behind every product we make and are committed to your complete satisfaction.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your product within 60 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please email us at support@KettleGryp.com for return authorization and instructions. 

Once we receive your returned item in like-new condition, your refund will be credited back to you via the original transaction method. 

Return Requirements:

  • Returned product must be received in like-new condition in its original packaging.
  • All original parts, accessories, and printed materials must be included.
  • We must be able to verify that you purchased directly from us (via order number, email address, name, etc.).
  • We ask that you provide feedback for us about your reason for returning.

Please ship your return using UPS, FedEx, or USPS so the shipment will have tracking and insurance.  We can't be responsible for lost return shipments.

 

Additional Policy Details:

If any items do not meet the return requirements listed above, then we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee, shipping fees, or to reject the return request.  This may be necessary to cover our extra costs to deal with non-compliant returns.

We will initiate the refund process immediately upon receiving a compliant return, but please note that it may take your payment provider a few business days to credit your account.

Products purchased through any 3rd party (not directly from us) must be returned to that seller. Please contact the seller for their return policy and procedure.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any suspicious orders and for any orders made by unauthorized resellers.
