Kettle Gryp will replace or repair any authorized and lawfully purchased product that breaks or becomes unusable during the lifetime of the product, provided that the product has not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect, or misuse. We will not replace or repair any product damaged through any use not expressly described in the user instructions or not expressly demonstrated on KettleGryp.com. The decision to repair or replace will be determined by the company in its sole discretion. This warranty does not cover shipping damage, normal wear and tear, lost items, or damage resulting from failure to follow the product care instructions. This warranty is valid only within the United States. A valid proof of purchase from an authorized seller must be provided for warranty claims.
